I could see something happening if the St. John’s Heritage Pkwy. is ever connected from Malabar Road over to the SE section of the city where the interchange on 95 was built, but that’s probably at least a decade from happening and if those in charge of things like this don’t build roads wider than two lanes when they know thousands of homes are going to be built, what’s the point?  Click on the photo to read more.

Why yes there is a small population of black bears in Brevard County.
And yes there’s actually plenty of wild habitat for them to stay well away from humans in Florida, but humans give them an easy source for food as in the garbage cans around our home. And yes if you’re going to complain about all of the homes being built, unless you live in a house in the trees, native habitat was cleared your your home as well…

Yes @El Tesoro is coming to Viera on Wickham Road just east of 95 and before anyone goes all “Not another Mexican restaurant”, here’s an idea. Be happy that the building isn’t going to sit empty for long, that someone is fulfilling their dream of opening a restaurant and that you will have another no -corporate option in Viera as big corporations continue to bombard the are.

It’s easy to poo poo on someone else’s dreams when you want to see something else, but it’s harder and more important to support them.

Besides, if you want something different, go take out a loan and open up whatever you wish.
If you’ve got an older home, chances are you could use a visit from Doug Herrell Plumbing to get it re-piped!
