Making the rounds to visit a couple of newly opened places to get fresh seafood this morning and our first stop is Lamb&Co Fishmongers on Cypress Ave. in Melbourne and oh man, their fish looks amazing! This is the best looking tuna I’ve seen in a long time and while I ended up getting a couple of swordfish steaks on this first visit (because it looked equally amazing), I will be back next week to pick up some next week for poke bowls at Cafe Mi Casa. I also grabbed some of their housemade conch fritters. Mmmmm

The Seafood Market at Riggs Outpost on Melbourne Ave. in Downtown Melbourne was my second stop this morning and oh man, you could smell the smoker working on the next batch of smoked fish dip and yeah I loaded up! Keep an eye on their page for updates as far as what they are getting in each day and yes they are working with local fishermen to bring in local fish that you won’t find elsewhere.

Now I need to get home so I can open up this fish dip!

Lunch on this #tacotuesday is at The Habanero Grill on Palm Bay Road in Palm Bay and it’s always a treat to stop in for a visit.

Something new and fun coming to Cocoa Village!

Yes it’s launch day (well it’s actually launch night) as #SpaceX will be looking to get Blue Ghost Mission 1 off the ground from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center‘s SLC-39A overnight tonight. The window opens at 1:11 a.m. and the first stage of this #Falcon9 will land on a barge in the Atlantic where it’ll return to Port Canaveral to be used again.
