No I don’t use water in my chili, beer fills in just fine. And since I’ll be in Texas in two weeks, I picked Shiner Bock from Spoetzl Brewery & Distillery, Home of Shiner Beers & Spirits in Shiner, Texas which I will be visiting for the second time on my first day out there. Man, another one?
It might seem that 2025 isn’t starting off too well for the restaurant industry in Brevard County, but the truth is that there are dozens and dozens of businesses that have had a difficult time dealing with a variety of issues and literally every dollar you go out and spend locally means everything to each of the businesses that line our streets.
All we can do is spotlight as many local businesses as we can each day and hope that some of those names you see on this page stick in your head. It’s up to each of us to do what we can (as many people are also cotinuing to struggle for a variety of reasons), when we can.
Here’s to hoping we don’t see too many more posts like this for the remainder of the year.
