Welcome friends to The Shire Cottage Bakery. Hi, I’m Megan a former middle school teacher turned stay at home mom who loves crafting comforting food. I strive to make organic from scratch food that is free from harmful chemicals. My goal is to provide you with wholesome organic products that you can feel good about eating. • We use organic unbleached flour, sugar, eggs and butter. All goods are produced in glass, stainless steal or cast iron. We never use nonstick. My sourdough starter is fed only using organic white and wheat flours. • We are a cottage bakery so all orders must be picked up at our home in Viera, Fl.
