Slow and low: it’s a philosophy bar-b-que lovers know well. It’s the only way to produce meat that meets our standards of flavor and tenderness, and it’s indicative of our laid-back Southern hospitality. For all those reasons, we named our restaurant after our favorite cooking method, and we aim to live up to all that our name means every day. We’re family owned, we’re a part of this community, and you won’t find better service (or pulled pork) anywhere.
